Discovery Channel has announced a new reality show with Sarah Palin. Survivor producer Mark Burnett will be bring it to us as a documentary about Alaska with Sarah Palin. The former Vice-Presidential candidate and Burnett have been shopping the Palin reality show for some time and have come to an agreement for an 8 part series which will cost less than 1 million dollars an episode.

Many had thought that the Palin Reality Show would have cost much more than that so the number is a bit of a surprise. The former Governor of Alaska is looking forward to showing off her home state as well as working with the Discovery Channel, home of Kate Goslin, as she and her family watch that channel anyway.

There has been no announcement of an airing date as the Palin Reality Show has yet to be filmed. The Palin Reality Show almost guarantees that there wll be a strong audience as haters and lovers of Palin will surely watch. Sarah Palin has done some other TV work since she resigned as Governer of Alaska, most notably working with Fox News as a commentator.

It is also not known what time or day the Palin Reality Show will be on but you can almost guarantee it will get a prime spot on the Discovery Channel lineup.
